2 · FeesOur coordination fees are fixed and published on the Pricing page. Medical fees are set and collected by the treating hospital and paid by you directly to the hospital.
3 · No medical adviceWe do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All medical opinions come from qualified physicians at hospitals. Suitability, treatment decisions and outcomes are determined by the treating physicians.
4 · Scheduling & changesHospital schedules, treatment plans and costs may change for medical reasons. Where plans change, we re-coordinate as part of the service; hospital refunds and charges follow the hospital's own written policies.
5 · LiabilityWe perform coordination services with reasonable care. We are not liable for medical outcomes, hospital decisions, or events outside our reasonable control (including flight and visa processing times).
