From your first inquiry to hospital coordination and travel planning — six clear steps, no surprises. The first step costs nothing.
You tell us about your situation. This step is our own experience-based judgement of whether treatment in China is a realistic option for your case — it involves no clinical assessment and no diagnosis of any kind. If China is not the right route for you, we say so directly and stop there: no fee, no next step, no pressure. The review itself is free.
We look only at the information you send us:
A senior specialist at one of our partner hospitals studies your complete records and gives their view in writing — the same kind of expert assessment you would receive in a face-to-face consultation, except that there is no physical examination and no hospital file is opened. It is a professional clinical opinion; it is not a full diagnosis, and we never present it as one. The consultation is recorded in full: the audio is always recorded continuously and in its entirety, and video is recorded where the treating physician consents to being filmed. Where a physician does not consent to filming, that portion has no video — so the video record may have a gap — but the audio stays continuous and complete throughout. We then compile the consultation into a written summary in English (or your chosen language), unaltered, and send it to you within 3–5 working days of payment. This step is optional — but we strongly recommend it.
We help organize your records the way hospital departments need them: complete, translated, and easy to review. Large files are shared securely as cloud links.
Your case is placed before the departments that actually treat your condition. Initial written reviews commonly return within 3–5 working days.
Once you choose a hospital and dates, everything is arranged before you fly. The hospital issues your visa invitation letter once the treatment plan is confirmed and your deposit has been paid — usually within 5–7 working days, and typically within 3 working days through our own handling.
Your coordinator and your interpreter are both present for the clinical part of the journey — the consultations, procedures, admission and discharge that the treating physicians schedule. If the plan calls for ten consultations, we attend ten. We are not a 24-hour bedside presence: we are there for the clinical moments, and reachable at any hour for everything else.
Tell us about your situation. We can explain possible next steps — we reply within 24 hours.
