Why VitalBridge China exists — and who is behind your case.
Seeking medical care overseas is complicated. Patients face three barriers: language, an unfamiliar healthcare system, and difficulty understanding which treatment options are credible and may be appropriate for their circumstances.
VitalBridge China was created to help international patients communicate with Chinese hospitals and navigate the practical process of seeking medical care in China — with one coordinator who stays with the case from the first inquiry to the flight home.
We coordinate only with Grade-A tertiary public hospitals, our fees are fixed and published, and all medical payments go directly from you to the hospital.
Import-export trade between China and English-speaking markets, across a wide range of industries and products — work built entirely on doing what you say, across languages and time zones.
After years of helping overseas partners navigate Chinese suppliers and systems, the same three barriers — language, process, trust — were clearly the reason international patients never reached genuinely good Chinese hospitals. Helping people of different ages and backgrounds come to China for treatment confirmed it. VitalBridge applies the same discipline: transparent numbers in writing, one responsible person, and direct payment to hospitals for medical services — fees we never collect or handle.
Clear communication about services, processes and expectations — including what we cannot do.
Helping international patients and Chinese healthcare providers communicate clearly and understand one another.
Practical assistance throughout the journey — before, during and after treatment.
One of us stays with your case from the first message to the flight home.

Your primary point of contact from first inquiry to flight home. Quan runs the client side of every case — first conversations, written quotes, pricing and the overall pace of the journey.

Pin Fang helps coordinate communication with the hospitals, departments and specialist teams relevant to each case. She spent about eight years in editorial roles covering the health sector at China's National Radio and Television Administration, tracking how the medical system works, then moved into digital healthcare management, where she began working directly with hospital resources. That gives her a working knowledge of how Chinese hospitals are organized, where their strengths lie, and which teams lead which field.
